Hoping this finds all celebrating the 4th of July and counting God's blessings on all of us. Will Sadie be able to have a sparkler? Those always seem to fascinate children of ANY age. Happy thoughts and prayers are always with you.
Hope all are having a great summer so far! Keep us posted when you get a chance-hopefully it's going to be all good news:-D My thoughts are with you.
Hi...I appreciate learning about Sadie's journey and all the support for her. My cousin's daughter was just diagnosed with ALL last week and is undergoing chemo and beginning the fight. It's helpful to read other people's stories to know you aren't alone. Thanks so much! Praying for your Sadie too!

I am so thrilled to hear that Sadie is on the up and up! Ziola ( almost 5 now) says " I hope you feel better and I want to come to your house and play with you!" I think about the three of you all
the time and cant wait till we can visit. Love to all of you, kisses and hugs!

Praying for Sadie and all the little ones with cancer. Remember that Jesus said the little ones have their own angels with special access to God.
That's a big "circle of love" :)
I was so sorry to hear about Sadie. All of your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
It is so interesting to read your blog posts and to understand exactly what you are talking about.
I like hearing about other parents going through this. Thanks for posting.
Good luck with treatments.
Loved your latest update but boy does it bring back memories of Jason in 1990. We think Sadie looks fabulous but then we have always had a thing for little kids with "bald" heads. Funny how you used to look away when you saw "chemo" kids. Now we always make of point of saying hello and telling them how beautiful they are! Hugs to all from all the Withams in Maine!!
Wishing you all warm sunny days soon!We are in
Rochester, NY, so we know the cold all too well!
We are thinking of you and praying each day for
strenghth along this journey. I have to believe
God is with you. To be able to handle all that
you have, and still be able to get up every
morning, that says something about the two of you.
Sadie is so blessed to have you both. God grant
you continued strength and peace.May he also
bring lots of sunny days and pretty flowers for
little Sadie!
Funny I was just thinking of Said this morning and hoping for an update. I'm sure it seems forever but your last sentence reminded me of one of my favorite hymms from Church of the Servant that
ZeeZee used to sing along with the rest of the choir. If you ask her, I'll bet she'll sing it for you.
In the bulb there is a flower; in the seed, an apple tree;
In cocoons, a hidden promise: butterflies will soon be free!
In the cold and snow of winter there’s a spring that waits to be,
Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.
There’s a song in every silence, seeking word and melody;
There’s a dawn in every darkness, bringing hope to you and me.
From the past will come the future; what it holds, a mystery,
Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.
In our end is our beginning; in our time, infinity;
In our doubt there is believing; in our life, eternity,
In our death, a resurrection; at the last, a victory,
Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.
Until the next update, stay blessed. All of my prayers go to you and your family.
Thanks for the update on Sadie. It looks like that schedule would be almost impossible to write up with all of the Thursdays, on an empty stomach, 1/4 of a tablet, etc. You have handled the loving care of your precious daughter with so much dedication and love. God will be there to help when you feel like it's so overpowering. He will hold you close and give you strength as your many friends continue to lift you up in prayers. God bless you as we wait for many more Sunny Days for Sadie. They are on their way!
Hello, All! Just wanted to let you know that
Sadie is on several prayer lists here at St. Timothy,
and we keep her in our thoughts and prayers daily.
As the weather warms, we hope that Sadie improves,
as well, and the Spring will be wonderful! Hugs
to all.
I pray and keep you in my thoughts all the time.
Thank you for the update, I know you have your hands full. Dont dispair, keep on keeping on because all your cheerleaders and prayer warriors back home have not given up either. Just as spring is on its way, so is that party! This old nasty wintertime of life, will only be a memory. I love you all.
Hi, all! What's the word? Know everyone is busy, but was worried since no one has posted anything in awhile. Please let us all know how everything is going!
Kisses to Sadie and hugs for all her family!!!
Just a note to Zella, David, Sadie & the moms to let you know that I'm keeping all of you in my prayers. We hope that the little mermaids on the prayer quilt are of comfort.
We just wanted you to know that we are praying for you and have you in our thoughts and prayers - You are on the prayer list at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Calhoun too.
Well, January will soon be a memory and I've been praying for Sadie to remain strong throughout all of this cold weather. I keep your precious daughter/grand daughter in my prayers and hope she will
soon be able to come to Mandeville and enjoy a Sunny Day for Sadie with us. You have a precious gift from God.
Peace, love and blessings to each of you,
Sarah and Julia
You don't know me, but from the moment I first learned of Sadie (through a radio interview with Mike Myhal) not a day has gone by that I have not thought of all three of you. Thank you so much for
sharing your lives and Sadie's progress with us through this website. The "mother" in me is wondering how in the world you are able to handle all you do - but I know your love for Sadie will provide
you with the strength to get you through. I will continue to pray for all three of you!
My prayers are still with you all! Hang in there and love to each of you. Jayne
I loved watching the Christmas Eve performance of the musical ABCD...
Especially enjoyed when the conductor & solo artist requests applause for her friend Mommy.
With Love, Lorraine
Sarah and Julia, thank you so much for making the
video of Sadie. She is so precious! Since I have
never had the pleasure of actually meeting her,
this was a wonderful treat for me. Please

You have such a beautiful family. My mom pointed me to this site, and while I'm pleased to see what you've been up to for the last - eek, too many! - years, the circumstances leave me in tears. We
continue to pray for Sadie's health, and for strength and courage for you and Julia.
Much Love, Carrie

Hi,I recently found out about Sadie through my sister-in-law Louise Rusch. My daughter,Lauren is an ALL survivor. She was diagnosed at 3.5 years old. She is now 14.She is beautiful and strong. We live in Mandeville,La. Throughout it all we tried to keep a normal lifestyle for Lauren. We spent many nights at Children's Hospital in N.O. I used to call it the "Ritz on the River." We had room service and could push a bottom if we needed anything. My husband has put together a series of pictures of my daughter throughout her treatment that I will send to you. We hope that they will bring you some encouragement for the future. If you stay strong, they will stay strong.God Bless,Hope to hear from you.
Zella it was so good to see you and hug you at
the Harbor Benifit for Sadie. Please extend my
hugs to Sadie, Sarah, Julia, and David. I love
each of you and am keeping you in my prayers.
Oh ladies, I miss you all so much! I justlaughed
and cryed reading Sadie's comments. I love " Be gentle to babys body" and "No cook, put it on plate!" I am thrilled to see her strong spirit fighting through this . Does not surprise me given that
she is surrrounded by the amazing moms Julia and Sarah.I look forward to the day when Ziola, Vincent and I will get to play at the park with Sadie and enjoy the Sunshine! All my love to you
three!

Dear Sarah, You and your family have my thoughts and prayers to add to so many. I am so sorry that you and your young family have had to shoulder so much so early. The pictures of Sadie are beautiful and I hope to meet her soon. Love, Senora
Understanding that these next several weeks may be some of the worst, I wanted you all to know that I still think of you every day since the begining of Sadie's ordeal. Having this site, and people in the community to inform me of her progress is a wonderful thing. I really do feel a postive presence in all of this. I hope you all can feel the love. Peg Usner
